What are your business hours?

Business hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. As it will be different depending on the season, weather, and other various reasons, please check the business calendar of  ASAKUSA HANAYASHIKI web site for detail.

When is the park closed?

Is the entrance of the park only one place?

There is only one Asakusa Gate near Sensoji Temple. There is one exit from the park near Kokusai-dori Avenue.

What is required in order to enter the park?

The ticket either of the admission ticket, advanced ticket or invitation ticket is required.

Please purchase the admission ticket at the gate on the day you enter the park.

The fee for the admission ticket is as follows:                                     

Little children(4 years and under): Free of charge                          
Child(5-12 years): 600 Japanese Yen
Adult(13-64 years) : 1,200 Japanese Yen
Senior(65 years and above): 600 Japanese Yen

What is required to use the attraction?

A ride fee (Ride ticket or One-day Pass) is required in addition to the park admission fee to use the attractions.
Ride tickets can be purchased at the park's ticket house or from ticket vending machines.
One-day Pass can be purchased at the park's ticket house.

The fee for the Ride Ticket, One-day Pass is as follows:

Ride Ticket:

　　　Regular Ticket: 100 Japanese Yen for one piece of ticket.
　　　Book of Tickets: 1,000 Japanese Yen for 11 pieces of ticket.

One-day Pass:

　　　Child(5-12 years): 2400 Japanese Yen

　　　Adult(13-64 years) : 2,800 Japanese Yen

　　　Senior(65 years and above): 2,200 Japanese Yen

※Ride fee is required from 5 years old. (Free for 4 years old and under; Excluding some attractions)

Can I re-enter the park?

Yes, you can. We hand out the re-enter ticket if you inform the staff at the exit gate. Re-enter ticket is required when you re-enter the park.

From what age does it cost?

Admission fee and Ride ticket are required from 5 years old. Please check the "Price Guide" for detail.

Can we use the special ticket such as invitation ticket, discount ticket, or advance ticket?

You can use those tickets within the defined deadline. Please contact each sales store or the play guide if you would like to reimburse the advance ticket.

Is there any discount for the person with disabilities?

For the person with disabilities are free by presenting the physical disability certificate or mental patient health welfare notebook or rehabilitation notebook(※Disability Certificate must be issued in Japan). It only applies to the person oneself.

Please purchase the Ride ticket or One-day Pass when you use the attraction.

From the safety aspect, there is a restriction on the ride depending on the degree of disabilities. There is a case when we ask for the accompany with the person. Please ask for the detail at the information desk after you enter the park.

Can we bring in the lunch box?

Yes you can. Please use the table or bench in the park.

Can I bring in the Pet?

We are asking not to bring in the pet besides Guide dog, Hearing dog, or Service dog.

What shall we do when my child gets lost in the park?

We can page for the lost children at the information next to the Asakusa gate. Please also contact the staff near by you as there is a case when we are looking after the lost child at the information desk.

Facility in the park

Is there any payment method beside the cash?

Please check the "Available payment methods" listed in this page for the available cashless settlement.

Is there an ATM in the park?

There is no ATM in the park.

Is there parking space in the park?

There is no parking space in the park. Please use the parking space near the park.

Do you lend out baby strollers?

There is no rental service for baby strollers.

Can I leave my baby stroller in the park?

Yes, you can. We will keep your baby stroller folded up at the information next to the Asakusa gate.

Is there any smoking space in the park?

There is one smoking space in front of the Panda car plaza, after proceeding the left side of the corridor toward "Maruhana Ennichi". Please check the "Park Map" for detail.

Is there coin-operated locker in the park?

There are 3 places within the park. Next to the Asakusa gate, next to the roller coaster depot and next to the exist of Little Star attraction.

Do you sell diapers and baby formula?

We are afraid the we are not handling them in the park. Please prepare in advance. You can obtain the hot water for free at the information desk next to the Asakusa gate. Please check the "Park Map".

Is there any place or restroom where I can change diapers and feed my baby?

There are 6 places (3 in the ladies' room and 2 in the men's room) where you can change the diaper.
There are 2 nursing rooms for babies at one place.
Please check the "Park Map".

How many restrooms are located in the park?

There are  4 places for ladies' room, 3 places for men's room, 1 place for multipurpose toilet.
Please check the "Park Map".

Is there any sales for cigarette?

We are not handling in the park.

Is there any place to charge mobile phones and other devices?

We have installed ChargeSPOT at the "Game Plaza".
Please check the "Park Map".

Is there any place where you can keep our luggage's?

Please use the coin-operated lockers. 
In case if your luggage size does not fit into the locker, we will keep it at the Information desk.

Can we exchange money into small change?

Exchange machines are installed at the various places in the park. You can also exchange money into small change at the ticket vending machine.（※Japanese yen only）

Do you provide allergen information?

We are announcing at each restaurant page of the "Shop & Restaurant" site.

Is there any place to eat?

There are restaurants and shops selling a light meal inside of the park. You can also use the bench to eat.

Is there any sales for alcohol?

We are selling them at each shop.

I have lost something in the park.

Please come to the information desk next to the Asakusa gate if it is on that day within the business hours.

About ticket

Is there annual pass?

We are not selling the annual pass.

Is there advanced ticket?

We are selling the web ticket in order for you to enter smoothly. Please check "Price Guide".

Is there any due date for Ride ticket or coupon ticket?

There is no due date for those tickets. However there might be a case we stop the service tentatively due to some conditions.  It will be informed at the web site in detail.

Can you refund the ticket?

We can not refund the ticket.

About the transportation

Where is the nearest station?

Nearest station is "Asakusa station" of Tsukuba Express, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Asakusa Line, and TOBU SKYTREE Line.

About Attractions

Is there any attraction small children can ride?

Yes, there is the attraction children of 0 year old can ride. However, we are basically asking the attendant of adult for the age under 4 years old. Please check "Attractions" page for detail.

Is there any attraction we can not use One-day Pass?

You can not use One-day Pass for the cash only attractions such as Maruhana ennichi or Panda car.

Is there any attraction we can ride on rainy day?

We basically operate attractions except Swan, Skyship, and Disk "O",  However, please prepare the rain wear as you might get wet on the outside attractions.

Other questions

I would like to take a photo.

【Individual customers】 Precaution about  the photographing (Movie and still image) for the SNS.

There is some limitation on the photographing in order for all the customers to stay in the park cozily.

There is no need to apply for taking photos of SNS in the area when  individual customer take a photo along with family or friends for  enjoyment.

Please understand that there is a case we may refuse for photo taking depending on the scale even it is the private (including the school task) when we judge the case is to bother other customers' enjoyment or  there is a possibility to disturb the operation of the park.

Please cooperate with the guidance of the staff in case if we find the following prohibited matters and approach you for the safety point of view even it is the private photo taking.

【Prohibited matter】

・Live stream or similar photographing action.

・Photographing of other customers besides fellow traveler or the employee.

・Invasion to climb the flower bed or the prohibited area.

・Photographing to occupy the passageway or to bother other customers.

・The usage of the tripod or photographing assist device in the way to bother other customers.

・Photographing by using a drone.

・Photographing at the attraction ride which photographing is prohibited.

・Photographing which seems to be dangerous action.

・Photographing which many people occupy the certain part of the park for long time.

Can we enter with cosplay?

It is possible to enter with cosplay. However, The following behavior and costume which may give displeasure and bother to other customers are prohibited.

Please refrain from changing the cloths or the make up in the public space such as the toilet in the park.

【Prohibited behavior and costume】

・Figure we can not check the facial expression such as the rubber mask, painting all over the face.

・Bring in the dangerous object or looks like a dangerous item.

・Overexposure

・The costume that correspond to the public Indecency, or to conflict the law such as the possibility to oppose public policy.

・The items which may dirty something in the park.

・The costume with the real public institution or ASAKUSA HANAYASHIKI staff.

・The act or costume of surprising other customers by giving displeasure.

※There is a case we refuse customers to use the facility or ask to take off the part of the costume depending on the attraction even it is outside of the prohibited items.
